At Aserlay Farms a purebred Charolais Stud herd and commercial Brahman herd has been established to emphasise the role of Charolais as the breed to promote better crossbreds.

The goal of Aserlay Farms is to produce Charolais that are proven durable and have the genetic ability to transfer enhanced growth, efficiency, and desirable meat characteristics to their progeny.

Owned and managed by Clif Hefner and Theresa Craig, Aserlay Farms benefits from the combined international experience of two professionals who have worked within the agriculture industry their entire careers.

Both from farm backgrounds, it is easy to understand that they are drawn back to the land to create and build a dream.
